Memphis Area Association of Governments, TACIR reports are now available. The nine Development Districts across Tennessee partner with the Tennessee Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (TACIR) to assemble annual public infrastructure needs that are vital to economic growth in the counties of Tennessee. This information is collected from mayors, county executives, school superintendents, road superintendents, utility managers and various other local contacts in the perspective planning region. MAAG staff has surveyed four Tennessee counties, municipalities, utility districts, and school districts to collect pertinent information on the county infrastructure needs.
